8 x 100 metre Strides (RPE: 8)
60 Second Recoveries

The only real mistake you can make here is going too fast. Try and pick a flat route as well. Finish off with the strides. Total time needed is 60 mins.

45 ok but quad pull stopped me completing strides. Can’t feel it at all normal running but was painful doing strides and didn’t want to poke it too much… 😬

That’s ok, you did the right thing. We’ve got no real speed work in the plan this week, and if you cut back the S&C, especially some of the leg work then hopefully it will pass. Well done for getting the 45 mins in.
