45 Mins Swim

45 Mins Swimming @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

It’s said that 1 minute of swimming has the same benefit as 1 minute of running. So a nice 45 minute swim replaces an easy 45 minute run and takes away any impact. Ideal if you are struggling a little with injury.

Didn’t do this because tap took over. Got a break from tap in August As I’m away and it’s not on. Going to move the swim to after body combat on a Monday. My friend Alice from the gym does as well so someone to go with.

Ah that would work well on a Monday. I’ve moved next weeks Swim and will be nice to have that company. No worries this week.
