A great opportunity to practice your goal half marathon pace. Should be a good confidence booster a few weeks out from your goal half.

A really good half marathon session. Picking a flat route here is important. Don’t worry too much if you don’t hit goal pace, but stay positive and put in a good effort. You got this 💪

Gosh that was a slog! But carried on going! Next week I’m going to head someone else! Couldn’t work out where to park for the winchelsea-rye route 🤦🏻‍♀️ I don’t think Friday evening helped today session! But it’s all good! Could have cut this short or out-and I didn’t! 💪🏻

Really well done for getting the distance done and should give you the confidence that you have covered that now going towards HHM. Hopefully with some more sessions between now and then the pace will start to feel a little but more comfortable. But great work Kirsty,
