A great opportunity to practice your goal half marathon pace. Should be a good confidence booster a few weeks out from your goal half.

Really important session this. One of two big ones left in the plan before the half. If midweek isn’t an option then we can leave this until next week I can set something else. It’s important you’re fresh to hit those target paces.

I’m afraid I didn’t quite do the whole set. Did the 5, 4, 3, 2kms with 2km warm up and 1km easy in between, so 20 km in total. Heat did me. I should have taken water out with me, tbh.

No water? Blimey. No wonder you struggled towards the end. Missing 1km at the end isn’t a disaster though and you did the bulk of it, so lots of positives to take here. I’ll send over a link on WhatsApp what I use for carrying water on my sessions. Great work Ben.
