We ran the HHM course this morning and Martin and I decided we were going to settle in and do a proper easy run. We ran 9’30” minute mile average so good sensible pace. It took us two hours exactly to finish and I was still almost 1KM short of a half marathon. Good run

Nice. Yeah I think it’s important you pick the pace that is right for you, and keeping it easy is key. Sounds like you had a nice run which is great to hear.
