A great opportunity to practice your goal half marathon pace. Should be a good confidence booster a few weeks out from your goal half.

FEEDBACK

ENJOYMENT

😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

PACE

Almost put ‘Just a fraction slow’ but felt that would be hard on myself. Legs stopped working quite as efficiently on the 3, but I put that down to the time and sleep. 2 & 1 were painful but got through it.

Firstly, great work for smashing this out. One of the toughest half marathon sessions in my library. Plus it’s important to remember how much harder it is solo, that race day. Come the HHM you’ll have that support, others around you (which is huge), fresher legs. So if you can get that close to goal pace in a session like this, it suggests you are in great shape coming into the upcoming races. Awesome work Fin.
