5 x 1 Mile On/Off

LOAD: 430

1 Mile @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)
1 Mile @ Half Marathon Pace (RPE: 5-8)
x 5

A good session to replace your long run or 10 miler. Each rep will get progressively tougher in terms of RPE. Dig deep in the last few.

First half marathon session as we start to build for Henfield. With the Alan Corke on Tuesday it might be worth bringing this forward a day, or even switching it with the Thursday/Friday run. Perhaps just see how you feel as the week progresses. But this on Sunday and Alan Corke Tuesday would worry me.

Solid session that felt strong and the pace felt comfortable on the flat seafront HR was stable across all reps well happy with how that was even with the crap wind.

So impressive. And a nice way to kick start the half marathon weekend sessions. Feel like you’re in a good place right now at this stage of the plan. Excellent work Steve.
