A really good session ahead of the Hastings 5 Miler. One of the last chances to effect your time in that race. So work hard

Definitely my least favourite interval distance! Pace not great but got it done.

It’s pretty disgusting in truth, but probably the most beneficial for racing 5k to 5 miler as you really need to tough it out. Remember this one when it gets tough in the 5 Miler. I’ve got this same session Tuesday morning and must admit I’m not overly looking forward to it 😂 Well done for getting it done.
