Classic session. Super simple. The end result being you have a better understanding of your current time for a 5K. Work hard and ideally finish each rep a few seconds quicker than your current 5k pace.

Think that was ok. 8:43 pace for the whole session. My suggested 10k pace target was 9:08 & 3k pace target 8:38.

Very nice. Apologies for changing the session, but I think this worked better as we always finished in the same place. Really good pacing and shows you hit those targets again. If only the rest of the team paid the same attention to detail as you do. I’m going to miss you over the next 6-8 weeks, don’t take too long to come back please.
