Classic session. Super simple. The end result being you have a better understanding of your current time for a 5K. Work hard and ideally finish each rep a few seconds quicker than your current 5k pace.

Really impressed with your splits. I know you coming off plan after London for a bit. But one thing I’d like you do somewhere around the big day is a quick 5k. Taking advantage of your peak fitness at the right time is a good move. It might be that you wait until after London but I really believe, especially based on this performance there’s a quick 5k there waiting to happen to. Brilliant running Kayla. Looking so strong right now.
