A really good session to work on both your 10k pace and put in some quicker speed work too. Don’t go too fast early in this session.

A big session this with 30 mins of running, that’s where hitting the target paces is important so we don’t go too quick and struggle to complete all the reps.

I enjoy this session. 4 minutes x 5 Managed 8:32 target 9:08, so quicker than target. Stride length 1.02m 1 minute x 10 Managed 7:09 target 8:38 so quicker than target. Stride length 1.13m Stride length is slowly getting longer.
