Good session, Sue W and I ran together. 5 x 4 minutes at 8:35 pace, target 9:08 10 x 1 minute at 7:30; pace, target 8:38 Stride length 1m and 1.13m respectively so that’s an improvement, I tried to relax!

Wow! Absolutely smashed those target times. Very impressive. Love the fact you and Sue were able to team up for this one. Pleased that we’ve managed to keep the Tuesday mornings going to some extent. Awesome work Sue.
