Wasn’t feeling it on Monday and first track session that I haven’t enjoyed. Really struggled/felt dizzy on the last one – at the time put it down to not having my usual toast and raspberry jam 2 hours before track but have been shattered since – slept like a log but barely made the dog walk this morning, had a nap this afternoon, so something not right. Finally feeling a bit more human this evening. Have rescheduled S&C to Friday as just not up to it today. Pace was 8:05, 8:02, 8:09, 8:15 and 8:15 so all a lot quicker than 5k pace (8:46) Track times were

Perhaps something in the system by the sounds of it. Given this your application was even more impressive as it was clear to see you were working hard. Take the extra rest and get yourself back to 100%. But really well done for still battling through this. Awesome effort Rebecca. Hope you feel better soon.
