All good. Enjoyed run club. Strides on target but of I was being super critical, maybe not 100%, more like 95. Possibly held back a tough after sore leg on Tuesday. But still on target and no niggle reoccurrence 👍

Great job Andy. No need to ever really go 100% on strides. As long as you’re working on those form cues, running tall, strong, high cadence, light ground contact, then you’ll reap the benefits in the long run.
