A good long run progressive session that could also be combined nicely with parkrun. Dig deep in that last 5k 💪

Felt good early on but the weather changed and scuppered my plans for a quick final 5k, oh well. Still enjoyable though.

I think from the feedback others gave you weren’t the only one to struggle in the conditions. One of the few times I’m glad I wasn’t free to do parkrun. Still good to get a decent session like this banked and glad you enjoyed it. Well done Michael.
