😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

PACE

Great session in all honesty felt pretty good fueled by fruit loaf and crosaint. Only had one gel on the session too which is not normal for me so the pre session fuel must have work well for me that time, something to bare in mind for the future. Had a 1min rest after the last on mile to gather my thoughts then cracked on with the cool down and still felt good legs were strong on the hills.
