A good chance to get some miles in at goal pace. Adds some variety to your long run as well.

Can you reach out and see if anyone is willing to do this with you? That would be my approach. But these are the session (5 in total before HHM) that will be key. Start off with a flattish route, we can add in hills once the pace feels comfortable.
