A simple effective session for runners striving for a 5K or 10K PB. Focus on trying to hit goal pace.

Important to aim for 10km pace here!! So should feel fairly comfortable to begin with and then working hard in those last couple of reps.

Great job Fleur. Yeah it can be easy to do these too fast but having that understanding of the slight difference between 5-10k pace can really help.
