We’ll being doing this as a group down the park on Tuesday evening, so perfect for you if you are free. What I would say is don’t go too hard. You’re goals are different at the moment. So hitting current 5k pace is all that needed. Anything quicker and you’re probably pushing too hard. With higher mileage you need to recover faster from these sessions.
