Used the metronome…..when I got it right it was working! Sooooooo close to that goal pace….. so so close!

Definitely an improvement though as looks like 174 is about right for the 5k pace. So all we need to do is slowly increase that and edge it up towards 180. It just takes practice and you’ll get more comfortable at the higher turnover. When you do, watch out PB. Awesome work Kirsty.
