Really struggled with this one. Felt very tired and struggled to run for the hour. Found it was walking in places. I’m thinking my meds change over is still affecting me. But another run done so it’s good I got it done!

Have I mentioned the rule of thirds? This states a third of our runs will feel awesome, a third will just be ok, and a third be rubbish or awful. Once you kind of accept this, then runs like you can just stick in that bottom category and move on, knowing there are better runs ahead. The fitter you get, the rule still applies, because we just run faster, so bad runs like will always happen, it’s how we respond to them that makes us better runners. Well done Lucy.
