60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-3)

Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

By all means switch this to Friday or swap with your Sunday long run. The order doesn’t matter in truth. Friday evenings with the club are normally on the trails but they are not great at promoting them.

Lovely run, started off a bit reluctant (felt lazy after a big family lunch!!) but second half was great.

A big family lunch will do that. To be honest takes me at least 15 mins to warm up these days. I can feel a different person in mile 4 of my run compared to mile 1. Always something to bear in mind. Glad you enjoyed it in the end. Well done Anna.
