3 weeks left on this plan. Might be worth looking to find a race where we can test the fitness. Obviously we had the minor hamstring setback but would be good to see if there’s been some progress. I certainly feel like we’ve laid down some strong foundations.

Apologies I’ve had to reschedule a few runs this week, work took over Tuesday and Wednesday, plan to make up Wednesday run with an extended wu/cd and parkrun on Saturday. Nothing to report today, solid effort low HR 143. Well done on your new PB!
