Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

Nice easy start to the week, likely the legs might be feeling a bit after yesterdays track session. Often takes me 5km to warm up these days in truth 😂

Slowed it down a tad as legs a bit heavy from Sunday’s session and got out a bit later than usual. Nice leisurely trot, though, and pleased to have got more miles in the legs
