60 Min Easy Run

LOAD: 150

60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-3)

Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

With the race Sunday we need to keep the rest of the week light. If you were keen to do the Tuesday evening session (8 x 2 min hills) we would need to ditch the other 2 easy runs.

Lovely little social catch up with the Friday crew 😊 I really thought about joint you guys in the park for the session you was putting on but … knew I had a 60 mins easy and was worried how intense it might be with the run on Sunday. Definitely something I am interested to try though if you decide to do it again. Nice to see you guys this morning. My run was really relaxed, sone hills but took them slow and steady with Sunday in mind. Weather stayed on our side which was a bonus.

Well done Michelle. Yes you made the right decision. I’ll keep an eye on your stats (cadence and stride length) to see if the session we did this morning will help you, but it might be the case it’s not something we need to introduce to your training at the moment. Nice to see you as well, always makes me happy when I see one of the Team out running. Last night we were driving along the seafront in the rain at 7:45pm and Jax spotted two of my runners πŸ˜‚ See you Sunday.
