60 Min Easy Run

LOAD: 150

60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-3)

Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

Legs are definitely feeling better 😀 I have a confession, I couldn’t do nothing yesterday after having Tuesday off so instead of running I went to a drums alive class. Not a legs thing more fun & sweaty with good music & a little boogie. I can’t make Sunday, I need to be back at a certain time so I might join Lindsey for the 2hrs & do the rest on my own. I have to admit I’m looking forward to my week in Italy. We are so nearly at the point where the hard work is done, only another couple of long ones

I love the fact you have that energy, that shows what a difference the training has made. No worries on Sunday, yeah Lindsey’s run would be fine and adding on the extra before or most likely after. You’ve done great. Some rest is well deserved and whatever happens in the next 3-4 weeks or on race day, hopefully this feeling of being stronger and fitter is worth all the effort. Fantastic worth Stacey. Have a great run Sunday.
