Hope the Weald half went well for you and the team! Lovely weather! 5 hrs sleep and I made it out with Jamie and 🐕‍🦺, down Breadsell lane and back, bit too much effort on the way back up, Jamie is a hard task master when he wants to be! I’ve tried to persuade him to try out track tomorrow and join HR, but failed!!!

Having read this I’ve just sent him a message encouraging him to do track. It’s a good option if he’s ever free Mondays and doesn’t long run Sunday. Well done for getting out there. I hope the silent disco was fun? The Weald Challenge was lovely thank you, it’s nice to be able to do a race at a steady effort, rather than pushing hard all the time.
