60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-3)

Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

Definitely try and go with Nicks group. But if they tear off stick to your own pace. Be confident enough to do that and let them come back. Remind yourself you’re marathon training when most of them are probably not. Enjoy.
