60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-3)

Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

Plenty of flexibility this week and including spin instead of this run is an option.

I managed to get 30 mins of this in. Planned to do longer but bumped into a friend. I will be able to get another 30min easy in somewhere this week though to make up for it. Sometimes it’s easy time wise for me to do 2 x30 min than 1×60 mins. I did manage to plod up the hill

2 x 30 mins works. You need to lower your popularity about to focus on your training more, or just ignore your friends 😂 Seriously though, well done for getting out.
