Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

Just did a very slow 5k this morning as I want to get out for the long run in the morning. And I’ve crammed alot of runs into the end of the week. Feel like I’m getting back into it a bit now

So pleased to hear that. Also I think last year you almost neglected the running completely in the summer, so the fact you’re still ticking along quite nicely, albeit with the hip issue, will hopefully mean when things start coming back together, you’ve got a much smaller gap to bridge that 12 months ago. So keep doing what you are doing Rachael.
