Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

Wednesday with the gang πŸ’šπŸ–€ If leading try to move from the back to the front of the group from time to time so you get some good pace in there.

We did a lot of off road. Nice mix, but challenging to maintain much rhythm. So I know how you feel. Good to do the extra strides though.
