A Su Sparkes inspired trail run (ish) this week that seemed to have itโ€™s fair share of uphills in it ๐Ÿคช As usual, nice and chatty with no attention to pace provided a really enjoyable run with a pause in the middle for strides.

I think when we hit the trails we just have to switch off our mind from pace. It’s always going to be much slowly and inevitable if we start to moan about going so much slower we won’t enjoy the trails.
