Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

The Wednesday gang πŸ–€πŸ’š No need for Strides this week. In fact I was a little wary the risk involved doing them at the end of a long day, especially this close to race day. The 200s at track cover the speed work.

Just what was needed at this stage of the plan. You’re probably quick enough for the top group to be honest if you wanted to try and make that step up one day. Although I appreciate it is somewhat male dominated.
