Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

This was good but the route had steps’ I don’t like steps! Why put steps in your route!!!!

My Sunday route has steps 🤦‍♂️ But only to get over the railway bridge and avoid having to run along Bulverhythe Road. But I know what you mean, especially on a 60 min run, when you want to keep moving. Glad you enjoyed it though. Well done Lou.
