Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

This would be the perfect opportunity to head out for an easy run with Steve’s group post marathon.

Yay! So pleased I was able to do this early am instead of at the end of the day. It seemed more sensible to continue to Tooting after my hosp apt instead of travelling up yesterday. So I stayed local. A nice easy run around Alexandra Park on a mild , damp morning. That mild dampness was optimal for releasing fragrances from plants – new mown grass and laurel blossom being the best! My route was undulating and I took it easy, really enjoying the environment and the fact that I am able to get out and run. No niggles.
