Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

I got out there and ran yay go me 😂 I was quite pleased with my pace at 9.49/m, stride length .93m which is an improvement over a distance. 6 miles in 59 minutes, with the last 15 minutes in to a headwind. Ok it was downhill a lot of the way to the seafront so that was easy! I’ve changed my S&C to Tuesday.

Yeah that’s a decent clip. And well done for getting out there with that challenging wind. We went for a walk down the seafront in the evening so I know how tricky it was. Decent stats there too and always good to keep an eye on those. Great job Sue.
