I’m sure this said hilly last time I looked so I took on some of Hastings finest. Enjoyed that just chugging around with no pressure. I’m still a bit tight in the left leg. Calf and IT band seem to be pulling the knee a bit. No pain or major discomfort just there. I’m sure it will free off with plenty of stretches and maybe a sports massage soon.

Hmmm, not sure if I changed it or not but good to get some hills in regardless. My legs are taking a while to recover too, so think it’s just the effects of the marathon still there. Luckily we don’t need to ramp up the training again for a few weeks so hopefully all will be well.
