60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-3)

Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week ๐Ÿ˜

The Wednesday gang can often be hilly, so listen to the body and if you do need a “truly easy” run, then perhaps a seafront trot is a better option. It’s something I have to accept most weeks as the top group do silly hills and it almost turns into a session rather than an easy run. So always listen to the body. Of course if you feel good, the Wednesday HR group is then a great option ๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿ’š

I think I used all my speed and energy on Tuesday! The last 10 were tough. Donโ€™t know how Iโ€™m going to manage 120mins on Sunday lol!
