60 treadmill run as per plan with a few efforts. 8.52mi, average pace 7:09, HR 136. Swapped this with Fridays 40.

Great work Adam. Just be wary of pushing the easy runs too much. I know the temptations is always there but we get different physiological benefits if we work at a lower effort and that’s why so many preach about running easy. I’m not a fan of too much easy miles, as I just find them boring, but we definitely need some in the plan.
