That’ll teach me to take the time to read things properly…it wasn’t until showing my plan to my manager at work – she’s a runner too – that I realised I had the run as well as the s & c. In the past, I would’ve made my excuses and not done both sessions, so I’m pleased to have done both

😂 Yeah there will be double days sometimes. But again, give yourself that credit, and it’s a reminder of your attitude right now. Already twice this week you’ve proved to yourself and me, that you are of stronger character these days. And that’s something to really feel positive about.
