Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

Crete exploring. Be careful. I do worry when the Team run on holiday. I know I’m too anxious about things like this, but it’s worth plotting a route and tracking your phone, you just never know. If you can get anymore miles in whilst away, then great, but I won’t set anything else unless you ask.
