Cathy wanted to run 12. As we move through the weekends towards Seville I need to keep notching up the long run. Next weekend will do 12.5km with her and of ok, will increase to 13 or 14m

That ties in pretty well with the plan I’ve created. Currently got 14 miles (140 mins) 3 weeks out from Sevilla. The only thing I would say which will benefit Cathy too is have a drop back week. So that’s set for 4 weeks time for you and that would benefit her too. I tend to do runs to mins, but it’s fine to do it to km to help your wife build up to Sevilla. The two align nicely looking at the plan.
