Was going good until I had a fall, knew theres a reason I dont do trails very often! Bit bruised and still got a tender shoulder but all good.

So sorry to hear this. But just glad you are ok. Pretty much every runner takes a fall at some stage. I’ve had a few including one particularly nasty one with scars to show for it.
