60 minutes easy as per plan, well something like that, took forever to get the blood flowing round the legs so not that easy, struggled to get going and just about eased into it! 8.22mi- 105, average pace 7:54, HR142.

Some runs are like that. Had the exact same run on my plan Wednesday and didn’t feel good until about 40 mins in. Dawned on me it was my 5th run in 6 days including a few efforts and that way why. Perhaps the same in your case. But well done for getting it done Adam.
