Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

8 miles approx. Obviously if you want to switch back to the Thursday session and do this Tuesday that’s cool.

All good on this one today felt a bit sluggish to start with but soon found a rhythm, then I hit the seafront and had a headwind which was nasty. I did see you going along ironlatch.

We thought you might have seen us. Always nice for me to see one of the team out running. You looked to be cruising. Yeah personally I’ll always check the weather and make sure the wind is behind me if doing a looped route. Well done Steve.
