Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

Hopefully the Friday gang have a good off road route planned this week.

Definitely felt a bit tired tonight. It seems to take me 4miles to get going nowadays. While I remember there is no run next Friday, we have our next class. This one involves trampolines!

Tell me about it. 30 mins is my warm up time these days 😂 Nice to get out on the trails again. Have you done any trampoline before? The reason I ask is doing something new 8 days before the Fox Ultra is, how can I word this, bonkers. Especially as you’re feeling good and have been training well. Difficult to know what could wrong as the impact will be reduced, but anything different or new a week before a big race is no-no. I’ll let you decide if you do want to try it, but important I did get this across.
