We’ve got 2 weeks left in this plan so there’s no point pushing too hard right now, with the calf. The best approach would be to keep it light these next two weeks and then (if you do want to continue, hopefully you do) lay down some different goals. I’m gutted to be honest because I feel you were running so well and the PBs were an inevitability, but I guess that’s how it goes sometimes, plenty of time to hit those goals.
