A bit of an experiment to join Lou’s 5 mile group only the day after another 5 mile run but went well, easier than yesterday. First Wed night at Horntye that I have managed over 5 miles. Very pleased to get 5.28 miles done in 65 minutes. 115m of climb. Signed up for Beckley 10k on Sunday.
