60 Mins Easy

LOAD: 18

60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Keep that RPE down. You want to be able to run and chat, speaking of which, joining a group can add to the enjoyment here.

FEEDBACK

ENJOYMENT

RPE

😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

PACE

Moan moan moan, my bloody back hurts( hopefully hormones!)thunder and lightening, so I went for treadmill at Falaise over running to parkrun with Lou. 8 miles in the bag though of varying pace and inclines, declines. In response to the spin question, I just find something to follow on YouTube and play my own music over it. Have a good week!

You know what, I think it’s important to be honest, let off steam and have a good moan. Especially if you have been struggling with some discomfort. I mean it doesn’t seem fair given the bad luck you’re had. But really well done Su for banking another 8 miles, especially if you were feeling a bit of pain. That shows great mental strength. Plus if it makes you feel any better we got soaked. I hate to think what my posture looked like when I was head down, bent over, just trying to avoid the torrential rain, battering my face in the last km πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈπŸ˜‚
