60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-3)

Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

My legs felt like lead! Not painful just really heavy & tired. Hopefully that flushed them through & they will be better for Sundays run

I’m not surprised after 9 hours on your feet, but as you say, this was about getting them working again. See how you feel Sunday, if the run is too long and you need to shorten it and take extra rest, then do so. But well done for getting back out there Stacey.
