60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-5)

60 mins on the flat is quite different to 60 mins on the hills. So it’s important to differentiate between the two and if you do a hilly easy run, to account for that extra training load and how it might impact the rest of your week.

😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

Managed to get to the woods with Susannah and Ellen before dark for this it was rather good if I do say so myself, plenty of loops of the hills at an easy effort. Great bit of strenght building for the legs. I think the head lamp will be needed very soon thou as it was pretty dark in places under the trees.
