60 Mins Easy (Hills)

60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-5)

60 mins on the flat is quite different to 60 mins on the hills. So it’s important to differentiate between the two and if you do a hilly easy run, to account for that extra training load and how it might impact the rest of your week.

I’m a little scared about trying to influence the bimble, but with so many of you doing Rye 10, it makes sense to chuck in some hills here.

Slow!!

Only a little scared to influence a Bimble !! We did a slow trail run, a few inclines, not really sure they counted as hills. Very slow pace but the paths were so dry it was tough under foot.

I tried. Fair enough. The trails are beautiful at the moment so it is good to get out in the countryside from time to time. Well done Sue.
